Rachel is a freelance dancer, writer, and movement instructor based in NYC. Most recently she performed works by choreographers Elisabetta Minutolli, Michal Ben Lior, and Theresa Fellion. Additionally, she has collaborated with NYC textile-artist Carolina Trinker for NYC Textile Month, October 2025. Rachel received her BFA in Dance and Certificate in Arts Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and completed the Dance Training and Arts Administration internship with the Jose Limón Dance Company. Rachel has participated in summer and winter intensives with GagaLab, Earl Mosley Diversity of Dance, Alvin Ailey, Boston Dance Theater, and Joffrey Ballet.

She is currently a movement instructor at Equinox, Kinespirit Riverside, and the JCC UWS teaching Pilates, Barre, and the GYROTONIC® Method.
